Terms of Service

Educational planning tool only

EquityTax Pilot provides software, estimates, workflows, and educational information. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, brokerage, fiduciary, or financial-planning advice. You are responsible for verifying all assumptions with qualified professionals before making tax filings, trades, exercises, elections, or other financial decisions.

No guaranteed outcomes

Tax laws, market prices, employer plans, withholding, state sourcing, payroll practices, broker records, and individual facts can change results. We do not promise tax savings, investment performance, audit outcomes, refund eligibility, or acceptance by any tax authority.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. You may not attack the service, bypass access controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer restricted parts, upload malicious content, or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.

Plans, payment, and renewals

Plan prices are shown in USD unless the checkout provider displays otherwise. Checkout may be processed by NOWPayments or another provider shown at purchase. Annual plans are selected by default when indicated. Renewal, cancellation, receipt, and transaction handling may depend on the payment provider and the plan purchased.

Crypto payment notice

Crypto transactions can be irreversible, volatile, delayed, or subject to network fees. You are responsible for sending the correct asset, network, and amount shown by the hosted checkout provider. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong-chain transfers, wallet compromise, exchange delays, or network mistakes outside our control.

Refunds and support

Refund requests should be sent to support@aigeamy.com with the order email, order number if available, and a short explanation. We review requests in good faith and aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.

Third-party services

The service may link to or integrate with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, CPA referral resources, or external tax references. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquityTax Pilot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made from estimates without professional review. Our aggregate liability for paid services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact support about your account.
